What are the age requirements for renting a car?
To rent a car from Pulse Car Rental, drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

What type of insurance is provided with the rental?
All our vehicles are insured. Renters have the option to use our company's car insurance coverage for their rental period.

What is my responsibility in case of an accident?
In the event of an accident, the renter is responsible for paying a $1000 deductible towards the rental agency, regardless of fault. It is crucial to call Pulse Car Rental immediately to report and describe the incident in detail.

Can other people drive the rental car?
No, the renter agrees that only the renter will operate the vehicle. Allowing any other person to operate the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

What happens if I violate traffic laws?
The renter cannot operate the vehicle in violation of any laws or for an illegal purpose. If a renter does, they are responsible for all associated tickets, fines, and fees.

Can I use the vehicle to tow or for races?
No, the vehicle cannot be used to push or tow another vehicle, nor can it be used for any race or competition.

Are there geographical restrictions on where I can drive the car?
Yes, vehicles are not allowed outside of the Columbus Metropolitan area. If the car is taken outside this area, it will be reported stolen.

Do you require a security deposit?
No, we do not require security deposits for our rentals.

What are the payment options for rentals?
You can rent a vehicle daily or weekly. For weekly rentals, you can choose to pay the full weekly amount or pay $222 upfront, which covers up to 72 hours. After that, the rate reduces to $70-$74 per day for the remainder of the week.
